  Honestly if there were another El Pollo Loco reasonably close by, I would go there instead and here's why.
  Parking and the drive-thru entrance don't always flow smoothly. Actually at peak times it becomes a nightmare with parking lot jam up. Also I've noticed that the chicken is drier then it's sister restaurants. And like the parking lot jam you actually get the same thing inside only it's at the soda fountain dispenser. The service is great. The place is clean. It's located in a good shopping area. Lots of interesting and friendly people shop in the area. My suggestion to anyone who may read this review is to stay away during peak hours at lunch and dinner or at least call or order online and if its possible have your order paid for minimum wait time and hopefully avoid the confusion.

  What are the better locations for this restaurant. Excellent service. Outstanding employees. Food looks like the menu. When I ask for something extra was given without question. Tables were extremely clean as were the floor and the bathrooms.
