    Absolutely awful company. We were auto-drafted 2 weeks before our policy was to expire without any warning and the amount over-drafted our checking account, as we keep the majority of our funds in savings. I called to cancel the policy and obtain a refund and was told that I would need to wait until the policy expired and then it would be an additional 3-5 days before the refund processes. I understand the 3-5 days due to processing, but there is absolutely no reason to hold our money until the policy expires. I'm sitting here on hold waiting for a supervisor and of course, one has "stepped away" and the other is on a phone call. So I'm currently being told that I will need to wait over 3 weeks for a refund. Absolutely unacceptable! I will never use this company again.

    I have come to a conclusion that eRenterPlan Company is managed by incompetent people. I had an account on this horrible insurance company but now I can't log in because for some reason I now need to create a user name.

    Whoever came up with not allowing eRenter's users to log in with their email anymore has given us a really hard time. Now we have to create a completely new account cause we don't have a username.

    eRenters is by far the worst insurance company. You can see the bad quality of their services right away. There is way better options.

    When trying to create an account I come to the problem of "Enter Policy Number*". What the heck is that and why would I know/have it.

    My friends and I are switching insurance company to a more evolved "21 century" insurance company.

    Also, in order to contact eRenters costumer support you need to have the Policy Number. How am I supposed to do that if the reason why I want to contact eRenters costumer support is about me not knowing my Policy Number..

    When trying to contact eRenters and fail, there is no feedback on why you are failing.

    Cannot call the customer service number displayed on eRenters website. eRenters didn’t updated the phone information so it’s not working.

    eRenters is manage by low quality people.
