My husband and I visited the Irvine restaurant on February 13, 2018. We arrived to our reservation 45 min early. Our reservation was at 830. We waited for a seat at the bar. 20 minutes later 2 seats opened up. We ordered a few drinks. We also ordered shoe string fries. They took over 20 minutes to arrive. The fries were hard and resembled something you would find at the bottom of a ruffles bag. We finally got a table 38 minutes after our reservation time. We figured they were busy but this long wait has never happened at the Anaheim restaurant. Then 35-40 minutes after being seated we got our food, which was being served to the table next to us, then they realized it was not their food and they put it on our table. My husbands lamb chops tasted frozen and chewy. We usually get a desert with a happy anniversary message, but did not and was not even offered. My steak was burned and hard to a crisp on one side. To make things worse it was my anniversary and neither my husband nor I wanted to say anything and ruin our night. NEVER AGAIN! My husband also requested a menu with a special message like we do every year! Never got it! We were there for 3 hours and missed our movie! Waste of time and money. Our 5 year anniversary tradition to eat at this restaurant will have to change!
