  COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!
  
  I live here for 2 years and running 3rd year now. For 1st year, this community was clean and good place ever but after then so many things changed.
  
  The best thing is COCKROACHES appeared every where and also twice in myplace, bedroom and dining room even did pest control work 2 monthes ago. Now I can't break my lease, need to live here with my newborn baby and roaches until lease ends. Hell NO! Who wants dirty and not to clean their place with newborn baby?
  
  I did clean every weekend and empty trash can twice a day. But that crazy and disgusting thing just appeared.
  
  So UNHAPPY and DISAPPOINTED. Consider moving and stay away from Irvine Company Apartments.
